Collection: PLYLEATHER

We made leather plywood `` plyleather'' as a raw material for our products by laminating and bonding plywood ``plywood'' and ``floor leather'', which are building materials.

Animal skin, which is obtained as a by-product of meat, goes through many processes to become leather, which is used as leather products. When making products with leather, the thickness is adjusted to suit the product. In many cases, the unnecessary parts of the leather that have been scraped off are simply discarded. The discarded floor leather is uneven in thickness, lacks strength, and has scratches and wrinkles on its surface. In order to use up these "floor leathers" without throwing them away, we created "plyleather" by stacking them together and gluing them together to regenerate their strength, and also to create "plyleather" with unique scratched and wrinkled surfaces.

Each piece of plyleather is made by hand by a craftsman , and each piece has dot-like shading, geometric lines, and a variety of scar patterns. Its pattern will change over the years it is used.
